I got an error when login after upgrading from OpenX 2.8.7 to 2.8.88. The error is
“Dashboard Error M2M authentication error – password invalid (code: 823)”
What to do now?
Solution:
To fix this problem,
login as an administrator and then
open “regenerate-platformhash.php” from your web browser.
http://(path to OpenX)/www/admin/regenerate-platformhash.php
For example:
Your OpenX site is
http://www.myopenx.com then it should be http://www.myopenx.com/www/admin/regenerate-platformhash.php
http://www.myopenx.com/ad then it should be http://www.myopenx.com/ad/www/admin/regenerate-platformhash.php
http://ad.myopenx.com then it should be http://ad.myopenx.com/www/admin/regenerate-platformhash.php
